I LOVE what Frazer has set up here in Lancing, my new home town. It’s one of the most friendly and welcoming places and I’ve immediately tapped into a community which is just gorgeous! Plus - I’ve taken a few friends with me to experience this sauna and a recurring comment from them is “it’s the best sauna experience I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a lot along the S. Coast” - so I plan on bringing lots more friends, and enjoying it as much as I can too. Thanks Frazer, keep doing what you do - you’re a legend around these parts 🫶🏼

I've been a regular at Seaside Sauna for over a year now, and I absolutely love it. It’s been a real mood booster during those cold, grey days, and I genuinely believe it’s helped support my immune system—I managed to dodge the dreaded winter lurgy!

The sauna itself has recently had an upgrade, and the heat is now beautifully consistent and properly hot. Once you're inside, you're just a stone’s throw from the sea, which makes the hot/cold contrast an incredible experience.

One of the standout features is Fraser, who runs the sauna. He’s an absolute gem. Unlike other places where you might feel rushed or like just another customer, Fraser creates a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that’s all about the experience rather than just the transaction.

Highly recommend—get yourself down there!

Amazing experience! Such a well run sauna, Frazer was great and made it a really special evening. The location and views of the sea and beach are out of this world, the sunset helped too!
